Packages

AD ASTRA 2023 is available in two packages. Please note that you may only subscribe to one package.

Package A

  1. Digital yearbook accessible via the subscriber’s My Ad Astra account;
  2. Yearbook pictorial with basic hair and makeup services;
  3. Graduation Photo Package:
    • One (1) 8” x 10” printed graduation photo enclosed in a glass frame;
    • Eight (8) pieces printed wallet-size toga shots;
    • Two (2) pieces printed 2” x 2” corporate headshots;
    • Two (2) pieces printed wallet-size corporate half-body shots; and
    • Four (4) pieces printed wallet-size creative shots.

Package B

  1. Printed copy of the yearbook;
  2. Digital yearbook accessible via the subscriber’s My Ad Astra account;
  3. Yearbook pictorial with basic hair and makeup services;
  4. Graduation Photo Package:
    • One (1) 8” x 10” printed graduation photo enclosed in a glass frame;
    • Eight (8) pieces printed wallet-size toga shots;
    • Two (2) pieces printed 2” x 2” corporate headshots;
    • Two (2) pieces printed wallet-size corporate half-body shots; and
    • Four (4) pieces printed wallet-size FRAGMENT shots.

01 Fill out the subscription form

Start your subscription through theadastra.org. Provide the valid and accurate information asked on the subscription form.

02 View the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice

Go over the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice before submitting your subscription form.

03 Activate your My Ad Astra account

Check your email to activate your My Ad Astra account. Give us at least 48 hours to have your account activated. If not received in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder.

04 Pay the subscription fee

Wait for the subscription fee to reflect in your SIS account. Pay the fee through the Benilde Online Payment Portal or other Benilde-accredited payment channels.

05 Submit your Official Receipt (OR)

Wait for Benilde’s Finance Department to send your Official Receipt (OR) via email. Accomplish your subscription by submitting your OR via your My Ad Astra account. The proof of payment issued by your payment channel is not your OR. Wait for our Customer Support team to confirm your payment before submitting your yearbook write-up.

06 Submit your yearbook write-up

After subscribing, answer the yearbook question, “How do you visualize your higher self?” in 280 characters. Other guide questions were also provided to assist you in writing your write-up. There’s no need to answer all the guide questions. Submit your write-up via your My Ad Astra account.

07 Schedule your pictorial

Wait for the schedule of the yearbook pictorial to be announced on our social media accounts and via email. Pictorials will be held face-to-face. Once the dates are available and your yearbook write-up is approved, you may secure your pictorial slot via your My Ad Astra account. No approved write-up, no pictorial schedule. Take note that we will only open additional slots once the available slots have been filled.

08 Take you graduation photos

Have your graduation photos taken on your scheduled date. Make sure to wear clothing that aligns with the College’s Dress Code Policy as stated in the Student Handbook. Review the pictorial process on the Terms and Conditions.

09 Wait for the Graduation Photo Package (GPP) claiming and delivery

After your pictorial, wait for the claiming of your Graduation Photo Package. Dates will be announced via email and on our social media accounts. Soft copies will be available on your My Ad Astra account once you claimed your GPP. An authorized person may claim the GPP on your behalf. If you opt to have your GPP delivered, you will shoulder the delivery fee. Delivery is only available within Metro Manila.

10 Wait for the yearbook claiming and delivery

Wait for the delivery of your yearbook. Dates will be announced via email and on our social media accounts. The yearbook delivery fee is included in your subscription fee. If you fail to receive your yearbook, you may opt to claim it at our office in Benilde or have it redelivered. However, you will be shouldering the yearbook redelivery fee.

11 GPP and yearbook disposal

Unclaimed GPPs will be disposed of after one (1) year from the announced date of availability, while unclaimed yearbooks will be disposed of after two (2) years.


Your My Ad Astra account is necessary since you will use this to submit your write-up, schedule your pictorials, and review the status of your Graduation Photo Package (GPP) and yearbook. Furthermore, the mailing address you entered upon subscription in your My Ad Astra account will be used by the courier for the yearbook delivery. It is your responsibility as a subscriber to accurately fill out the details you submitted on your subscription form.

The yearbook is open to subscription for all graduating students in A.Y. 2022-2023. The majority of the graduating students include ID 119.

Alumni students, who have not yet subscribed to a past AD ASTRA yearbook, are also allowed to be part of this yearbook.

Students are not required to subscribe to AD ASTRA 2023. Subscription to the yearbook is completely voluntary and is not a requirement to graduate. Note that you may only subscribe once.

Yes. If you are expecting to graduate in March, June, or October 2023, then AD ASTRA 2023 is your yearbook.

The subscription period begins on Jul. 3, 2022.

Yearbook subscription for AD ASTRA 2023 is done online at theadastra.org. Follow the subscription process detailed in the “How to subscribe?” section of the website.

Yes. You may register online and have someone pay for your subscription to the yearbook as long as all personal information is accurate.

Yes. We need your personal information to contact you if there are updates regarding your subscription. All subscribers’ data are kept private and confidential. In case there are any changes to your information, please contact us on our email, adastra.staff@benilde.edu.ph, so we can update it as soon as possible.

If you subscribed to any of our past yearbooks but were approved for a transfer, please contact us via adastra.staff@benilde.edu.ph to show validation of the approved transfer from Ad Astra.

Package A: Digital Version costs Php 3,500. While Package B: Digital + Printed Version costs 5,000.

Both packages include a yearbook pictorial with basic hair and makeup, Graduation Photo Package, and a free yearbook delivery. If you opt to have your Graduation Photo Package delivered rather than claim it, you will be shouldering the delivery fee. The Graduation Photo Package delivery will only be available around the Metro Manila area. If you live beyond the scope, you may ask a friend or a relative to claim or have your GPP delivered to them. You may refer to our claiming process HERE.

No. Package A: Digital Version is for graduates who wish to have the yearbook accessible via their My Ad Astra account. While Package B: Digital + Printed Version is for those who wish to have the yearbook accessible via their My Ad Astra account and a copy of the printed yearbook.

Graduation Photo Package includes the following:

The Graduation Photo Package is the same for Package A and Package B.

Yes. Both packages include the Graduation Photo Package. If you wish to avail Package A, your yearbook is only accessible via your My Ad Astra account. If you choose to avail Package B, you may access your yearbook via your My Ad Astra account and your printed copy.

No. The Graduation Photo Package is the base product and service we provide for Package A and Package B. If you wish to avail both the printed yearbook and the Graduation Photo Package, choose Package B.

Once the yearbook is ready, you may view the digital version on your My Ad Astra account. Availability of the yearbook will be announced via email and on our social media accounts. Kindly take note that it takes three years to produce a yearbook.

Payments will only be accepted via Benilde accredited payment channels. You may view the step-by-step instructions for paying the subscription fee in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

To avoid unnecessary delays in our production, we will not accommodate requests for a refund. However, if the refund is due to a medical-related emergency, Ad Astra will ask for medical certificates and other documents to validate the refund process.

If the refund was not due to a medical-related emergency, subscribers can opt to have their subscription transferred only to the next edition of the yearbook, AD ASTRA 2024.

Refunds and transfers will be accepted until Jun. 30, 2023 only.

Pictorials are tentatively scheduled from October to November 2022, depending on the availability of the studio. Pictorials will be held face-to-face. Official dates will be announced via email and on our social media accounts.

The Graduation Photo Package is estimated to be ready for claiming and delivery by January or February 2023. Official dates will be announced via email and on our social media accounts.

Your Graduation Photo Package includes an 8” x 10” glass frame. Having the GPP travel a long distance may cause damages.

Yearbooks take three years to complete, considering the pictorials, editing, and printing production. The projected delivery of AD ASTRA 2023 is in January 2025. Official dates will be announced via email and on our social media accounts.

You will no longer be included in your batch yearbook. Instead, you may be included in the succeeding batch’s yearbook, AD ASTRA 2024, should you wish to still subscribe.

If you subscribed to any of our past yearbooks but were approved for a transfer, please contact us via adastra.staff@benilde.edu.ph to show validation of the approved transfer from Ad Astra.

If Ad Astra previously approved your transfer, contact us via adastra.staff@benilde.edu.ph to show proof of approved yearbook subscription transfer. The following are considered reasons for a transfer:

  • ITN (International Trainee Network) program schedule coinciding with their yearbook pictorial schedule;

  • Important appointments that can’t be moved and were finalized before our announcement; and/or

  • Other valid reasons considered by Ad Astra.
