As we near the finish line, AD ASTRA 2026 puts us back once again at the beginning of the strip. We are urged to tie up loose ends and mend frayed edges before hanging up the needle; we must go back to where we first poked the thread. We are all connected—tied together— through strings of experiences, good and bad. AD ASTRA 2026 encourages us to trace the long-winded thread that shapes our being and identity not only as Benildeans but as fabrics of the world much bigger.

How to subscribe?

Here’s the step-by-step process on how to subscribe to AD ASTRA 2026.

Fill out the
Subscription Form

Start your subscription through theadastra.org. Read carefully and provide valid and accurate information asked on the subscription form.

View the Privacy Notice and Terms and Conditions

Read the full Privacy Notice and Terms and Conditions before submitting your Subscription Form. Afterward, submitting your e-signature will signify your agreement to the guidelines stipulated in the said documents prior to subscribing.

Activate your My
Ad Astra account

Check your email to activate your My Ad Astra account. Give us at least 48 hours to have your account activated. If not received in your inbox, kindly check your Spam folder.

Pay the
subscription fee

Pay your subscription fee via PayRex through this link: https://bit.ly/ADASTRAOnlinePayment. Take note that you do not need to wait to be tagged in your BEStAR account. Your confirmation receipt from PayRex can be used as your Proof of Payment (POP).

SUBSCRIPTION

As mentioned, subscribers need to do the following:
1) Fill out the subscription form.
2) View and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice.
3) Activate your My Ad Astra account.
4) Pay the subscription fee.

Submission of Necessary
Requirements

Once you've paid your subscription fee, you are required to submit the following:

1) Proof of Payment (POP)
You must submit the screenshot of transaction confirmation from PayRex, or other related receipt as your proof of payment. If you paid through the cashier on campus, you may submit your Official Receipt as your POP. Wait for our team to approve your payment before proceeding to the next step of your yearbook subscription. Your subscription will only be accomplished once your POP is approved.

2) Yearbook Write-up
After subscribing, answer the yearbook question, "What threads of your life weave the fabric of your identity?" in 280 characters. Other guide questions were also provided to assist you in writing your write-up. There's no need to answer all the guide questions. Submit your write-up via your My Ad Astra account. Take note that only the English or Filipino language is allowed for your write-ups.

3) Sales Invoice (formerly known as Official Receipt)
Request your Sales Invoice (SI) from Benilde's Finance Department and have them send a copy of your SI via email. The proof of payment issued by your payment channel is not your SI. Wait for our Customer Support team to confirm your payment before scheduling your pictorial.

PICTORIALS AND
PICTORIAL SCHEDULING

Wait for the schedule of the yearbook pictorial to be announced on our social media accounts, website, and email. Once dates are available, and your yearbook write-up and OR are approved, you may secure your pictorial slot via your My Ad Astra account. No approved write-up, no pictorial schedule. Take note that we will only open additional slots once the available slots have been filled.

Have your graduation photos taken on your scheduled date. Pictorials will only be held in a face-to-face capacity. Make sure to wear clothing that aligns with the College's Dress Code Policy as stated in the Student Handbook. Review the pictorial process on the Terms and Conditions. For your creative shot, you may refer to the AD ASTRA 2026 Lookbook.

GRADUATION PHOTO PACKAGE
(GPP) CLAIMING

After your pictorial, wait for the announcement of the claiming of your GPPs. Dates will be announced via email and on our social media accounts. Soft copies will be available on your My Ad Astra account within seven (7) working days after you claim your GPP. An authorized person may claim the GPP on your behalf. For authorized representatives, kindly provide a hard copy of the authorization letter and a photocopy of the subscriber's valid ID upon claiming. Note that all subscribers or authorized representatives must sign a receiving form once they claim their GPP.

YEARBOOK DELIVERY
AND CLAIMING

Wait for the delivery of your yearbook. Dates will be announced via email and on Facebook and Instagram. Subscribers will be asked to update their delivery addresses before the yearbook delivery. Make sure to stay tuned on our social media accounts for the announcement. Please take note that the yearbook delivery fee is included in your subscription fee. If you fail to receive your yearbook, you may opt to claim it at our office at the 3/F SPU Storage Room, The Atrium @ Benilde.

YEARBOOK AND GPP
DISPOSAL

Unclaimed GPPs will be disposed of after one (1) year from the announced date of availability, while unclaimed yearbooks will be disposed of after two (2) years. Kindly take note that this schedule will be strictly followed due to storage limitations.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • AD ASTRA 2026 is open to subscription for all students expecting to finish their last academic term within A.Y. 2025-2026. The majority of the graduating students include ID 123. The following may also subscribe:
    • Students and alumni who requested to transfer from a past yearbook edition.
    • Students and alumni who haven’t subscribed to any of the past yearbook editions.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: Students are not required to subscribe to AD ASTRA 2026. Subscription to the yearbook is completely voluntary and is not a requirement to graduate nor is it proof of graduation. Please note that you may only subscribe once.
  • Yes. If your last academic term ends within August 2026, then AD ASTRA 2026 is your yearbook!
  • The subscription period begins on May 30, 2025, after the yearbook launch. Subscription will re-open during the first term of A.Y. 2025-2026. Subscription for AD ASTRA 2026 will no longer open after this.
  • Yearbook subscription for AD ASTRA 2026 is done online at theadastra.org. Learn about the subscription process via the How to Subscribe section of the website. The website will be accessible once the subscription begins.
  • You will no longer be included in your batch yearbook. Instead, you may be included in the succeeding batch’s yearbook, AD ASTRA 2027, should you wish to still subscribe.
  • If Ad Astra previously approved your transfer, you have to resubscribe to AD ASTRA 2026 and undergo the same process. You no longer have to resubmit your Proof of Payment (POP) and Sales Invoice (SI).
  • Yes. You may register online and have someone pay for your subscription to the yearbook as long as all personal information is accurate.
  • Yes. We need your personal information to contact you if there are updates regarding your subscription. Don’t worry! Ad Astra adheres to the Data Privacy Notice of the College and subscribers’ data are kept private and confidential and will be used accordingly. You may update your personal information via your My Ad Astra account. If the information you wish to change is not editable via your account, contact us at adastra.staff@benilde.edu.ph.

ABOUT THE YEARBOOK PACKAGES

  • There are two packages: Package A and Package B.

    Package A: Digital Version costs Php 3,500, while Package B: Digital + Printed Version costs Php 5,000.

    Both packages include a yearbook pictorial with basic hair and makeup, Graduation Photo Package (GPP), and delivery fees.
  • No. Package A: Digital Version is for graduates who wish to have the yearbook accessible via the website. While Package B: Digital + Printed Version is for those who wish to have the yearbook accessible via the website and a printed copy of the yearbook.
  • No. Both packages include the yearbook and Graduation Photo Package (GPP). If you wish not to avail of the printed yearbook, you may still access the digital version of it inz Package A.
  • Once the yearbook is ready, you may view the digital version on your My Ad Astra account. Availability of the yearbook will be announced via email and our social media accounts.

ABOUT SUBSCRIPTION FEE

  • Payments will only be accepted via PayRex or through the campus cashier. You may view the step-by-step instructions in paying the subscription fee in our How to Subscribe section of the website, or you may read it in the Terms and Conditions.
  • To avoid unnecessary delays in our production, we will not accommodate requests for a refund. However, if the refund is due to a medical-related emergency, Ad Astra will ask for medical certificates and other documents to validate the refund process.

    If the refund was not due to a medical-related emergency, subscribers can opt to have their subscription transferred only to the next edition of the yearbook, AD ASTRA 2027.

    Refunds and transfers will be accepted until June 30, 2026 only.

    You may request to refund or transfer via your My Ad Astra account.

ABOUT PICTORIALS

  • Pictorials are tentatively scheduled from October to November 2025, depending on the availability of the venue and photo studio. Pictorials will be held face to face. Official dates and locations will be announced via email and our social media pages.
  • For detailed step-by-step instructions, kindly read the pictorial process in the Terms and Conditions.
  • NO. Ad Astra only handles the yearbook pictorials and DOES NOT handle the pictorials for the graduation ceremony, if there are any. For concerns regarding graduation rites or graduation pictorials, please contact the Registrar’s Office (RO).

ABOUT GPP AND YEARBOOK
AVAILABILITY

  • The production of Graduation Photo Package (GPP) takes 60 to 90 days. Please take note that the availability of the GPPs is dependent on our partner studio. Official dates will be announced via email and our social media pages.
  • Yearbooks take one to two years to complete, considering the pictorials, editing, and printing production. The projected delivery of yearbooks is in January 2027. Official dates will be announced via email and our social media pages.
