Read the full Privacy Notice and Terms and Conditions before submitting your Subscription Form. Afterward, submitting your e-signature will signify your agreement to the guidelines stipulated in the said documents prior to subscribing.




Check your email to activate your My Ad Astra account. Give us at least 48 hours to have your account activated. If not received in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder.






Wait for the subscription fee to reflect in your SIS account. Pay the fee through the Benilde Online Payment Portal or other Benilde-accredited payment channels.

AD ASTRA 2025 is open to subscription for all students expecting to finish their last academic term within A.Y. 2024-2025. The majority of the graduating students include ID 122. The following may also subscribe:

  • Students and alumni who requested to transfer from a past yearbook edition.
  • Students and alumni who haven’t subscribed to any of the past yearbooks editions.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Students are not required to subscribe to AD ASTRA 2025. Subscription to the yearbook is completely voluntary and is not a requirement to graduate. Note that you may only subscribe once.


Yes. If your last academic term is within A.Y. 2024-2025, then AD ASTRA 2025 is your yearbook!


The subscription period begins on May 30, 2024, after the yearbook launch. Subscription will re-open during the first term of A.Y. 2024-2025. Subscription for AD ASTRA 2025 will no longer open after this.


Yearbook subscription for AD ASTRA 2025 is done online at theadastra.org. Learn about the subscription process via the How to Subscribe section of the website. The website will be accessible once the subscription begins.


You will no longer be included in your batch yearbook. Instead, you may be included in the succeeding batch’s yearbook, AD ASTRA 2026, should you wish to still subscribe.


If Ad Astra previously approved your transfer, you have to resubscribe to AD ASTRA 2025 and undergo the same process. You no longer have to resubmit your Proof of Payment (POP) and Sales Invoice (formerly OR).


Yes. You may register online and have someone pay for your subscription to the yearbook as long as all personal information is accurate.


Yes. We need your personal information to contact you if there are updates regarding your subscription. Don’t worry because Ad Astra adheres to the Data Privacy Notice of the College and subscribers’ data are kept private and confidential and will be used accordingly. You may update your personal information via your My Ad Astra account. If the information you wish to change is not editable via your account, contact us at adastra.staff@benilde.edu.ph.

PACKAGES

There are two packages: Package A and Package B. There are two packages: Package A
and Package B.


Package A: Digital Version costs Php 3,500, while Package B: Digital + Printed Version costs Php 5,000.

Both packages include a yearbook pictorial with basic hair and makeup, Graduation Photo Package (GPP), and delivery fees.


No. Package A: Digital Version is for graduates who wish to have the yearbook accessible via the website. While Package B: Digital + Printed Version is for those who wish to have the yearbook accessible via the website and a printed copy of the yearbook.


No. Both packages include the yearbook and Graduation Photo Package (GPP). If you wish not to avail of the printed yearbook, you may still access the digital version of it in Package A.


Once the yearbook is ready, you may view the digital version on your My Ad Astra account. Availability of the yearbook will be announced via email and our social media pages.

Payments will only be accepted via Benilde-accredited payment channels. You may view the step-by-step instructions in paying the subscription fee in our How to Subscribe section of the website, or you may read it in the Terms and Conditions.


To avoid unnecessary delays in our production, we will not accommodate requests for a refund. However, if the refund is due to a medical-related emergency, Ad Astra will ask for medical certificates and other documents to validate the refund process.

If the refund was not due to a medical-related emergency, subscribers can opt to have their subscription transferred only to the next edition of the yearbook, AD ASTRA 2026.

Refunds and transfers will be accepted until June 30, 2025 only.

You may request to refund or transfer via your My Ad Astra account.



ABOUT PICTORIALS

Pictorials are tentatively scheduled from October to November 2024, depending on the availability of the venue and photo studio. Pictorials will be held face-to-face. Official dates and locations will be announced via email and our social media pages.

No. Ad Astra only handles the yearbook pictorials and DOES NOT handle the pictorials for the graduation ceremony, if there are any. For concerns regarding graduation rites or graduation pictorials, please contact the Registrar’s Office (RO).



ABOUT GPP AND YEARBOOK AVAILABILITY ABOUT GPP AND

The production of Graduation Photo Package (GPP) takes 60 to 90 days. Please take note that the availability of the GPPs is dependent on our partner studio. Official dates will be announced via email and our social media pages.


Yearbooks take one to two years to complete, considering the pictorials, editing, and printing production. The projected delivery of yearbooks is in January 2027. Official dates will be announced via email and our social media pages.
