As you graduate, AD ASTRA 2021 - 2022: FRAGMENT urges
you to take a step back before the next chapter of your life
begins. Vacate your cubicle, stamp out the time card, and
acknowledge the things that make us whole.

PACKAGE A
(DIGITAL VERSION)

Yearbook pictorial with basic hair and makeup services;
Graduation Photo Package:
- One (1) 8” x 10” printed graduation photo enclosed in a glass frame;
- Eight (8) pieces printed wallet-size toga shots;
- Two (2) pieces printed 2” x 2” corporate headshots;
- Two (2) pieces printed wallet-size corporate half-body shots; and
- Four (4) pieces printed wallet-size FRAGMENT shots.
PACKAGE B
(DIGITAL + PRINTED VERSION)
Php 5,000
Printed copy of the yearbook;
Digital yearbook (downloadable software);

*You may only subscribe to one package of your preference.
Soft copies of selected edited photos will be uploaded on the Ad Astra website (your account), which will be available upon claiming the photo package.
SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS
Follow these steps to successfully subscribe to the yearbook.

READ THE PRIVACY NOTICE
AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS FIRST.
Make sure you have read the PRIVACY NOTICE and the TERMS AND CONDITIONS on our
website. This will allow you to create your My Ad Astra account.

FILL OUT THE SUBSCRIPTION FORM
BEFORE THE DEADLINE.
1. Click the "SUBSCRIBE NOW" button to fill out the subscription form. You will also create
your My Ad Astra account and password in the form.
2. Choose the yearbook package to avail.
3. Please note that each package has a fixed price and specific inclusions.
4. Please wait two to three days before paying your subscription fee at apps1.benilde.edu.ph/payonline.

PAY YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE ONLINE.
Follow these steps in paying your subscription fee online. More details are available on your My Ad Astra account.
Go to the Benilde Online Payment Portal
Go to apps1.benilde.edu.ph/payonline. To log in, select "Student" then use your
Benilde ID. Once the yearbook subscription fee has reflected on your account,
you can now pay. Subscribers may opt to use a credit card or Dragonpay as a mode
of payment. You may also pay via Benilde’s accredited payment channels.
Wait for the Official Receipt
After your payment has been accomplished, wait for the Official Reciept (OR) to be
sent within two to three days via an email by the Benilde Finance Department.
Upload your Proof of Payment
Once you have retrieved the digital copy of your OR, you may now upload it to your
My Ad Astra account.
Deadline of paying the subscription fee is on November 29, 2021, Monday.

WAIT FOR YOUR "MY AD ASTRA ACCOUNT" TO BE ACTIVATED.
Once you have completed your subscription payment, wait for at least 24 hours
before you access your My Ad Astra account.

SUBMIT YOUR YEARBOOK WRITE-UP.
Provide your valid information and submit your write-up prior to the deadline.
Subscribers will not be able to schedule their pictorial slot if their write-up has not
been approved.
The subscriber’s My Ad Astra account is necessary since you will use this to create and submit your write-up, schedule your pictorials, and see your photo print number for the Graduation Photo Package claiming. Furthermore, the mailing address you entered upon subscription in your My Ad Astra account will be used by the courier for the yearbook delivery. It is your responsibility as a subscriber to accurately fill out the details you have submitted on your subscription form.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
Alumni students, who have not yet subscribed to a past AD ASTRA yearbook, are also allowed to be part of this yearbook.
Students are not required to subscribe to the yearbook. All AD ASTRA subscriptions are completely voluntary. Note that you may only subscribe once.
If you subscribed to any of our past yearbooks but were approved for a transfer, please contact us via our Facebook page to show validation of the approved transfer from Ad Astra.
If the refund was not due to a medical-related emergency, subscribers can opt to have their subscription transferred only to the next edition of the yearbook, AD ASTRA 2023.
Requests for refund and transfer will be accepted until June 2022, only. All requests are still subjected to evaluation by the Editorial Board.
Before the yearbook shipment starts, subscribers are encouraged to update and revalidate their information on their My Ad Astra account. A reminder regarding this will be announced on our Facebook page.
